In case you are dissatisfied with your order/particular product, do let us know the reason. Anumolu Home Foods reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer after reviewing the reason behind raising the request. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our unit, but if you are not satisfied,  you can raise a return request:

  •  Login to your account
  • View your order history and choose the product you wish to return
  • Fill the form by stating the valid reason

Our team will review the request raised and initiate the return request. A reverse pickup facility will be initiated from our end. The amount will be refunded within 4 working days from the time of approval. Product value will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired on arrival

In such cases:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  2. Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice
  3. Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method

 

  • Please note the shipping charges will not be refunded for the particular item/order.
